The Vehicle manager not only allows the Fleet manager to keep electronic track of all fleet vehicles, namely Brands, Types, Models but also keeps track of the vehicle performance. iAdapt FMS keeps track of all vehicle costs and vehicle performance and will assist in various management activities by providing the following:
 

• Total vehicle cost per period (R)
• Total cost per kilometre travelled (c/km)
• Vehicle utilisation percentage per period (%)
• Total vehicle income generated per period (R)
• Vehicle group performance (%). This shows the vehicle group most rented/used
• Means to determine the optimal fleet size
• The means to determine the mark-up percentage to break-even (rental) or trips needed to be cost effective
• Budget reporting
• License renewal reminder etc.
