Sales Management allows you to view sales trends, outstanding orders, sales
figures, cost of sales etc.
Sales management is mainly focused at the MIS and EIS divisions, integrating
to existing desktop products like Microsoft Excel, using macros to display
quickly and graphically the trends and figures retrieved, enhancing your
presentations or board packs.
Sales Management integrates seamlessly with all the other iAdapt modules,
specifically Inventory Control and Order Entry.
Forecasting & Budgeting
iAdapt CRM
Forecasting & Budgeting Management allows your business to keep a tight
reign on spending and budgeting. It encapsulates the controlling and
allocating of budget figures within financial system.
Budgets can be reviewed, dumped into an excel format for altering, imported
back into the system, or changed within the CRM system itself, through the
budget front-end.
Bulk upload future budgets that have been prepared using Microsoft Office
products can be included, or manually alter existing budgets using a Rand or
percentage value.
Extensive reporting includes Year to Date, Month to Date, and Budget
Availability. Comparative reporting like Budget vs Actual is available, for
various years or month across all departments.
